Robert Graham

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Graham is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and has completed the Queen’s School of Business Executive Program. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Alberta and Ontario. He joined PFB Corporation in March 2016 and after executing a comprehensive transition plan, Mr. Graham was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2018. Mr. Graham has over 25 years of business, manufacturing and technical experience across a broad base of industries including: commercial and residential construction, automotive, bulk transportation and industrial manufacturing and oil and gas services. Mr. Graham has held various executive level positions, including COO and CEO roles at a number of successful mid-size Canadian companies.


Cameron John

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. John is educated in science and finance, receiving an undergraduate degree in physics and biological sciences and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance, both from the University of Alberta. He is an established senior financial executive, leader, builder, and governance professional, holding the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. John is also a Corporate Finance designation holder from CPA Canada. In the business world, Mr. John has successfully conducted transformational transactions and helped companies raise money to grow, navigate liquidity crises or recapitalize, and led multinational teams while doing this. The bulk of Cam’s career is in finance, mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets advisory. Mr. John has also completed business expansion, divestitures, joint venturing, partnering activities and alliances.


Red Ortega

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Ortega is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the Haskayne School of Business. Shortly after concluding his studies, Mr. Ortega joined PFB Corporation as a Business Research Analyst. During his career of over 20 years with the company, Mr. Ortega has held progressively senior positions in both Digital Marketing and Information Technology. He was appointed Chief Information Officer in May 2013. Focused on deriving full value from Information Technology investments, Mr. Ortega has led transformative initiatives in Enterprise Cloud Solutions, Business Process Automation, Internal Controls and Cybersecurity.


Robert Kearley

Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Kearley brings over 25 years of domestic and international human resources experience with senior managerial positions with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada, WesternZagros, Western Energy Services and Calfrac Well Services. His human resources experience spans North and South America and the MENA. His comprehensive experience in human resources includes labour and employee relations; workforce planning and recruitment; performance and talent management; compensation and merger and acquisition activity. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Memorial University and has an MBA from Athabasca University. Mr. Kearley joined PFB in 2024.


James Banner

President, Custom Homes Group and Insulspan

Mr. Banner attended the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Over the course of his career, Mr. Banner has served in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, sales, marketing and general management roles across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and retail. Mr. Banner joined PFB in 2011 through the acquisition of PrecisionCraft Log & Timber Homes, where he served as General Manager. Since that time, he has led the PFB Custom Homes Group and in 2017, he also assumed responsibility for Insulspan. Focused on revenue growth through both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer marketing, the Custom Homes Group and Insulspan rely on robust business processes and systems to drive profitability.


David Carr

President, Plasti-Fab

Mr. Carr has over 25 years of management and executive leadership experience in the building supplies industry. He has led mid-sized regional companies and worked at the executive level with a large national home improvement retailer. Mr. Carr has been involved in strategic expansions and led post acquisition integration processes that improved network operations and profitability. He holds an MBA from Athabasca University and joined PFB Corporation in February 2019 as the Senior Vice President.
