On July 27, 2005, the Board of Directors of PFB Corporation approved a change to the dividend policy. The annual dividend, previously paid in March each year, was replaced by a quarterly dividend payment.
The most recent quarterly dividend payment was paid on August 31, 2009 to shareholders of record on August 14, 2009.
